FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I join a meeting?

Click the link shared by the host, or go to /join and enter the Meeting ID. No account is required for guests.

Do I need to install anything?

No. KEZAYO Meet runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge — on desktop and mobile. Desktop apps for Mac and Windows and an Android app are also available on the Download page.

How many people can join?

Depends on the host’s plan. Meeting participants — Free and Starter: 100. Pro: 150. Business: 300. Webinars are free for up to 125 attendees on every plan and go up to 500 on Business.

How do I record a meeting?

The host (and co-hosts, if the host allows it) can record to their own computer from the More menu. A spoken announcement plays and everyone sees a recording indicator. Recordings are saved on your device, not on our servers.

Can I schedule meetings in advance?

Yes — schedule a meeting, set the date and time, and invite participants by link or calendar.

How do I make someone a co-host?

Open People, open the person’s menu and choose Make co-host. Co-hosts can mute, remove and admit people, spotlight and manage sharing. If the host refreshes or drops, they keep the role for 30 seconds.

Can I share my screen from an iPhone or iPad?

No — Apple does not let browsers share the screen on iPhone or iPad. Use the whiteboard instead, or share from a Mac, PC or the Android app.

What are breakout rooms?

Breakout rooms split a meeting into smaller groups. The host creates rooms and assigns participants, then brings everyone back.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, for Android (Android 7 or later) — download it from the Download page. Invitation links open the app when it is installed. There is no iPhone app yet; on iPhone and iPad, join from Safari.

Can I be in two meetings at once?

No. Each account can be in one meeting at a time — joining a second meeting leaves the first.
