Click Board in the control bar to open the whiteboard. The Board button appears when the whiteboard is on for the meeting; if you can only look, the board says View only.
Present to everyone (host and co-hosts) Click Present to everyone to open your board on everyone's screen. Follow me is on when you start: everyone's board moves and zooms with yours. Click Follow me to turn it off or on, and Stop presenting when you are done. Others see "… is presenting the whiteboard". If they pan or zoom on their own they stop following — Follow … takes them back.
Save the board Click ⬇ PNG or ⬇ PDF to save the whole board (not just the part on screen). The host can turn saving off in the board settings.
iPad and Apple Pencil Writing with Apple Pencil appears in real time. Palm rejection is built in: your hand resting on the screen while you write doesn't draw. After you've used the Pencil, one finger moves the board and two fingers pan and zoom.
The whiteboard is in the browser and the desktop app; it is not in the Android app.
