Know what happened in every meeting
When a meeting ends, its owner gets a report: who attended and for how long, what was decided, poll results, questions asked, the transcript and the chat — with an automatic summary on top.
Key points, decisions and action items
The summary is built automatically from the live-caption transcript and the public chat: the main topics, the most important points, decisions and action items, plus poll results and answered questions.
- Main topics and who contributed most
- Decisions and action items picked out of the conversation
- Poll results and answered Q&A
- Regenerate the summary any time from the report
Who came, and for how long
Every join, rejoin and leave is counted, so you get an attendance list you can trust — downloadable as CSV, even during the meeting.
- Name, email, role, first joined and last left
- Minutes attended and number of rejoins
- Download as CSV for payroll, classes or CPD records
- Available from the meeting’s More menu while it runs
Everything that was said and shared
Turn on live captions and the report keeps a speaker-labelled transcript. Public chat and shared files are kept alongside it.
- Speaker-labelled transcript from live captions
- Public chat log and shared files (files are kept for 24 hours)
- Polls and Q&A with their results
- Private messages are never included

Questions, answered
Is this an AI note-taker?
No. There is no bot joining your meeting — the summary is generated automatically from the caption transcript and chat after the fact. A live AI note-taker is not available today.
Do I need to do anything to get a report?
No. The report is created for every meeting. For a transcript (and a richer summary), turn on live captions from the More menu during the meeting.
Who can see the report?
The meeting owner, a platform admin, and — while the meeting is live — its host and co-hosts. Reports contain emails and the transcript, so nobody else can open them.
Is the meeting recorded too?
Only if the host records it. Recording saves a video file to the host’s own computer; it is not uploaded to us.
