1. The programme
You may share your personal referral link. When a person you referred buys a paid KEZAYO product or service, you may earn a commission on that sale, as described below.
There is no joining fee, no deposit and no minimum purchase to take part. Nothing is paid for sign-ups, registrations, clicks or recruitment alone.
The programme is not a job, franchise, partnership, agency or investment, and it creates no employment relationship. You act for yourself and not on behalf of BIDUA or Ramaera.
2. What earns a commission
Only qualifying sales of paid KEZAYO products or services made by a person who joined through your link, and actually paid for, can earn a commission. Free usage earns nothing.
Depending on the product, a commission can also arise on up to three levels (people you referred, and people they referred) and on renewals of recurring plans, at the rates and for the sale types published in your Refer & earn dashboard at the time of the sale. Some sale types may be excluded, capped or need manual approval.
A sale is attributed to the first qualifying referral link used by the buyer within the attribution window shown in your dashboard. A person can be attributed to one referrer only.
BIDUA may change future rates, windows, sale types and levels, or close the programme to new referrals, at any time. A commission already earned keeps the rate that applied when it was earned. We will show changes in your dashboard.
3. Commission lifecycle
A commission is first "pending". It becomes "available" only after the hold period for that sale type has passed (to cover refunds and chargebacks). The expected release date is shown for every commission.
Commissions are reversed in proportion to refunds, cancellations and chargebacks of the underlying sale, including after the commission was paid out. If a reversal happens after payout, the amount may be recovered from your future earnings or balance.
Earnings are not guaranteed. Past results do not predict future results, and many participants earn nothing.
4. Withdrawals, KYC and tax
You can withdraw your available balance once it reaches the minimum amount shown in your dashboard, to a UPI id or bank account in your own name.
Before a withdrawal we may require identity (KYC) and payout-account verification. Payouts may be delayed or refused until verification is complete.
You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires, BIDUA deducts tax at source (TDS) or collects tax documents (such as PAN) and the amounts are shown on your statement. Commission amounts are as shown and are subject to applicable taxes.
BIDUA may hold, delay or reverse a payout while it investigates suspected abuse or a dispute.
5. How you may promote
Share your link honestly. Describe KEZAYO accurately and do not promise income, guaranteed earnings or "easy money".
You must not: refer yourself or people under your control (self-referral); create fake, duplicate or circular accounts or purchases; use bots, incentivised or forced clicks; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; impersonate BIDUA, Ramaera or KEZAYO; bid on KEZAYO brand names in paid search; post your link where it is unlawful or on misleading, adult, hateful or illegal content; or ask people to pay you for joining.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, advertising, data-protection and e-mail / messaging rules, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Do not describe the programme as a scheme that pays for recruiting people. Commissions come from real sales to real customers.
6. Abuse, suspension and termination
If we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms, fraud, refund abuse, unusual patterns (for example many sign-ups with no genuine purchases, or a high refund ratio), we may withhold, reverse or forfeit commissions, suspend or end your participation, and close linked accounts.
You can stop taking part at any time. Available earnings that are not under investigation can still be withdrawn subject to section 4.
BIDUA may suspend or end the programme with notice shown in your dashboard. Earned and valid commissions are still paid out under these terms.
7. Data and privacy
When someone follows your link we record the visit, the referral attribution and whether a qualifying purchase happened. You see only limited information about people you referred (first name and a masked e-mail), never their payment details or meeting content.
Your data is handled under the KEZAYO Privacy Policy. We keep records of terms acceptance (version, time and a hashed network identifier) as evidence.
8. Liability
The programme is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, BIDUA and Ramaera are not liable for lost earnings, indirect or consequential loss, or for outages and delays. Our total liability for any claim relating to the programme is limited to the commissions payable to you for the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. General
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect when shown in your dashboard; you will be asked to accept the new version, and the programme stays unavailable to you until you do.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of BIDUA's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
