One platform to meet, present and teach
HD meetings, webinars, a real whiteboard, live captions and meeting reports — in the browser, in the desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux, and in the Android app.
HD meetings that stay clear on any network
Small meetings connect people directly; bigger rooms switch to our media servers automatically. Quality adapts to each connection, and your voice is protected first when the network gets weak.
- Gallery, Speaker and List views — video-on people first, hide non-video tiles
- Active speaker highlight, “View full” on anyone, draggable self-view
- Screen share with your camera in the corner (desktop browsers, desktop app, Android app)
- Refresh or a dropped connection puts you straight back in the meeting
A whiteboard you can actually draw on
Sketch, explain and plan together. On an iPad, the Apple Pencil draws while your palm rests on the screen.
- Apple Pencil support with palm rejection
- Laser pointer, and present the board to everyone
- “Follow me” keeps the whole room on your view
- Save the board as PNG or PDF
Chat, polls, Q&A and more
Keep everyone involved without leaving the call.
- Chat to everyone, to the hosts, or privately — with @mentions
- Share files up to 25 MB in chat
- Polls, Q&A, reactions and raise hand
- Breakout rooms for group work
Webinars with a stage and an audience
Registration, a practice session, then Go live. Panelists present; attendees watch, ask questions and raise their hand.
- Registration page with a secure personal join link for each registrant
- Attendees have no camera or mic and can’t see each other
- Promote an attendee to panelist — only if they accept
- Free for 125 attendees; up to 500 on Business or pay per event
A full report of every meeting
The meeting owner gets a report with a summary, attendance, poll results, Q&A, the caption transcript and the public chat. Hosts can also record the meeting to their own computer.
- Automatic summary with key points, decisions and action items
- Attendance as a CSV download
- Transcript from live captions, plus chat and shared files
- Local recording (MP4 where your browser supports it) with a visible indicator for everyone
You decide who gets in — and what they can do
Roles are assigned by our server, not by the app. Waiting rooms, passcodes and one-click presets put you in control.
- Waiting room, meeting lock and passcodes
- Host, co-host, presenter and moderator roles; spotlight; mute and remove
- Host tools presets: Open, Corporate, Classroom, Webinar, Town Hall, Private Board, Paid Webinar, Workshop
- Encrypted in transit; two-step sign-in with an authenticator app or passkey

Questions, answered
Do I need to install anything?
No. Meetings run in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on desktop and mobile. If you prefer an app, download KEZAYO for macOS, Windows or Android from the Download page. An iPhone/iPad app is not available yet — join from Safari.
Can guests join without an account?
Yes, for normal meetings guests join from the invite link (the host can turn guest access off). Webinar attendees register first and get their own join link.
Is there AI note-taking or cloud recording?
Not yet. Every meeting gets an automatic summary built from captions and chat, and hosts can record to their own computer. Cloud recording is not available today.
Does it work on slow connections?
Video quality adapts to each connection and your voice is protected first, so when the network gets weak video steps down before audio does. In big rooms only the most relevant videos are sent (Last-N), which saves bandwidth for everyone.
