Create 1. Open Webinars in your account (https://kezayo.com/app/webinars). 2. Under Create a webinar, enter a title, start time, duration and a description (it appears on the registration page). 3. Choose an audience size. Sizes your plan includes are free; a bigger size is paid once from your wallet — the form shows the price before you create. 4. Click Create webinar.
Invite your audience Click Copy link on the webinar to copy its registration link and share it. People register with their name and email (no account needed) and get a personal join link straight away. Each personal link works on one device or window at a time. Click Registrations to see who registered, copy a person's link again or download a CSV.
Your speakers (panelists) use the Panelist link from Backstage. It skips registration and the lobby — send it only to your speakers.
Practice, go live, end • Start practice session — you and your panelists can test audio, video and slides. Attendees who arrive wait in the lobby and can't see or hear you. • Go live — everyone waiting in the lobby is let in, and registered attendees can join with their links. • End webinar — ends it for everyone. This can't be undone.
You can also schedule a meeting with Meeting type: Webinar (in the scheduler's Advanced options). That gives you the webinar room — attendees join with mic and camera off — but no registration page, practice session or Go live.
