Above the videos there is a Layout bar with three views: • Gallery — everyone in an equal grid (the default). A computer shows up to 25 tiles per page, a phone up to 6; use ‹ › to see the next page. • Speaker — the person talking is large, others are smaller. • List — one large video with the people listed beside it (on a phone, below it). Your choice is remembered on that device.
View full To look at one person's video large — only on your screen — click ⛶ (View full) on their tile, or choose View full video from their menu in People. You can switch between Fit and Fill, go full screen, and click Exit full view (or press Esc) to return.
Hide non-video participants Open ⋯ View options and tick Hide non-video participants. People with their camera off are hidden from the grid but you still hear them; screen shares and anyone pinned stay visible. If nobody has a camera on, click Show everyone.
Your own video (self-view) In a call with just one other person, they fill the screen and your video floats in a corner. Drag it to any corner — it stays there. To flip your own preview, turn on Mirror my video in video settings (it only changes what you see).
In the Android app, tap More and then the view tile to switch between Speaker, Gallery and List.
