Dance classes: online meeting software for dance teachers and academies

Dance teaching depends on seeing movement and following a beat. KEZAYO provides clear video for demonstration, screen sharing of music or reference videos and a layout that lets the teacher watch every student.

KEZAYO Meet is made in India by BIDUA Industries and is priced in rupees, so you can try it free and pay only when you need more.

Tips from teams who do this every day

Use a wide-angle camera or step back from the screen.
Ask students to mute their microphone to avoid music echo.
Keep a short rehearsal for tech check.

Before you start: a quick checklist

Teaching online works best when the lesson has a rhythm: a short opening, one idea at a time, a moment of interaction and a clear close. The tools below are the ones teachers use most.

Create a fixed room or recurring meeting for the batch
Turn on the waiting room and a passcode
Open the whiteboard and your slides before students arrive
Appoint a co-host to watch chat and doubts
Test your microphone, camera and internet five minutes early
Decide how you will take attendance and share notes

Mistakes to avoid

Teaching without a plan for interaction — add a poll or question every 10 minutes
Letting everyone talk at once — mute on entry and use raise hand
Forgetting to save the whiteboard before closing the meeting
Ignoring weak connections — allow audio-only for students on poor networks
