Steps to share your screen in a meeting
- Join the meeting and open the share control.
- Choose a whole screen, a single window or a browser tab.
- If you want others to hear sound from a video, choose a tab with audio.
- Press Share and switch to the content.
- Stop sharing from the control when you are done.

- Close private windows and notifications first.
- Share a window rather than the whole screen for focus.
- On macOS, allow screen recording permission if asked.
