How to host a paid webinar in India
A practical outline for planning, pricing and running a paid webinar, with registration and follow-up.
Start with a clear promise
People pay for a specific outcome. Write what attendees will learn or be able to do, who the session is for and how long it lasts. A narrow, practical topic sells better than a broad one.
Decide how you will collect payment
KEZAYO Meet provides the live session, registration and attendee management. You can collect fees through the payment method you already use. Be clear on the refund rules and send the join link only after payment is confirmed.
Build a simple registration flow
Create the webinar, share the registration link and ask for name and e-mail. Each registrant gets a personal join link, which also stops the link from spreading to people who have not paid.
Rehearse and prepare materials
Run the practice session with any co-presenters, prepare slides, a worksheet or a checklist to share in chat and decide how you will handle questions.
Deliver value in the first ten minutes
Start on time, state the outcome and give a quick win early. Paying attendees decide fast whether the session is worth their time.
Follow up and ask for feedback
Send the promised materials, the replay if you recorded it, and a short feedback form. Offer a next step such as a course or a one-to-one call.
Know the rules
If your webinar touches regulated areas such as health or finance, follow the rules that apply to you. KEZAYO is a meeting platform and does not provide professional advice.
